Dr. Gustav Lo, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer and Founder of RegenCen and Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC) which he established in 2001 with Courtney Lo, PA. With over 30 years of experience as a physician and a passion for innovation, Dr. Lo has transformed CSLC and RegenCen into a nationally recognized medical practice focused on optimizing healthspan.
Kurt Goldsby
CFO
Kurt is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen, a leading provider of medical aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. Kurt brings a wealth of experience in financial management, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and operations. Kurt and his team oversee the financial health and growth of CSLC, financial analysis and reporting, provide useful business intelligence to the operations team to make all CSLC locations the best medical aesthetic clinics in the nation, and developing key vendor relationships.
Amanda Rapanos, PA-C
VP of Operations - Clinical & Integration
Amanda, PA-C, serves as the Vice President of Operations – Clinical & Integration at CSLC & RegenCen, bringing years of specialized experience in obstetrics, gynecology and the medical spa industry to her role. With a deep commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of care, Amanda oversees clinical operations and leads our nationally recognized Sculptra and Galderma injection team, helping establish CSLC as a premiere center for aesthetic and regenerative treatments across Michigan and Florida.
Colin Pulte
VP of Corporate Development
Colin leads strategic development across Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen locations nationally — including Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Detroit, and Ann Arbor, Michigan, as well as Lake Mary, Winter Park, and Vero Beach, Florida. His efforts help bring advanced aesthetic treatments, regenerative medicine, and hormone optimization services to these communities and beyond — ensuring more patients have access to trusted providers and transformative care. Colin loves spending summers in northern Michigan, and under his direction, our growth remains focused on making it easier than ever to look and feel your best — wherever you are.
Kathryn Brown
VP of Marketing
Kathryn joined Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center & RegenCen in 2024 as our Vice President of Marketing. With over a decade of experience in brand management and marketing leadership, Kathryn has successfully transformed iconic brands and built new ones from the ground up. Her expertise spans both client-side and agency roles, having worked with industry giants like Tyson (Ball Park, Hillshire Farm), Unilever (Hellmann’s, Wish-bone, Knorr), and Procter & Gamble (Olay). She also spent four years at McCann Worldgroup, leading advertising strategies for General Motors’ CarBravo. Prior to her marketing career, Kathryn worked as a quality manufacturing engineer at Dell and Motorola.
Chelsea Steinbeck
Human Resources Director
Chelsea brings nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources and Operations, with a specialized focus in the aesthetics industry since 2018. With a strong foundation in process improvement and team development, she plays an integral role in fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture across all Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen locations. Chelsea’s passion for aesthetics stems from her belief in the power of confidence — and her dedication to supporting both clients and staff shines through in every aspect of her leadership.
Charles Boyd, MD, FACS
Aesthetic Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Boyd specializes in all aspects of surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation including facelifts, brow and eye lifts, rhinoplasty (nose surgery), and neck lifts. He is also a specialist in cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery. A surgeon of extraordinary talents, Dr. Boyd has trained hundreds of top physicians throughout the United States and abroad on advanced injection techniques utilizing Botox, Juvéderm, and other minimally invasive modalities. He is also one of a select group of physicians involved in several research studies including FDA trials to test and evaluate cosmetic products created for consumer use.
